Position: Inside Sales Representative 10/23/2007

We have an immediate opening for an aggressive, inside sales representative in a multi-state territory. As a Paramount Computer Corporation inside sales representative, your mission is to generate leads for new opportunities and service existing customers. Our customer focus is the small to mid-level corporate end user wanting to maximize budget dollars without sacrificing quality or service. Paramount Computer is a causal, relaxed work environment. We will provide continuous training on all HP/Compaq products.

Duties

  • Cold calling, generating customer correspondence, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining relationships with established customers.
  • Pricing, quoting, forecasting, negotiating, and providing overall customer support via the telephone and email.
  • Staying abreast of current inventory
  • Meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual sales quotas

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Minimum travel of one week per Quarter
  • Candidate will possess strong initiative and be able to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to excel in technology sales

Benefits

  • Salary - Base pay $24,000 (annually)
  • Variable pay - $5,000 - $50,000 (commissions based on sales performance)
  • Benefits - Vacation & Sick pay, Health Insurance package, and Simple IRA matching.
